SHORT COMPANY PROFILE

Filmhuset Holding AS was established in 1974, and has the following daughter-companies: Filmhuset Produksjoner AS (the production entity established 1998), Soundfactory AS (post-production company established 1996). SEG Distribusjon AS (distribution company established 1995) is also a part of the group.

The groups CEO and main producer is Egil Ødegård. During the last decade he has produced and co-produced more then fifteen feature films and approximately fifty other films, including shorts and documentaries.
From its inception, Filmhuset has associated with some of the most original and promising young talent within the Norwegian film industry. The company has maintained its firm commitment to comprehensive script development. Filmhuset Holding AS is 100% owned by Norwegian shareholders.
